Both authorities have introduced Electronic Cargo Tracking Note to be issued to all vehicles or shipment going through these ports to various destinations such as Malawi, Zambia, Uganda, DRC, Ethopia and other surrounding areas.
Lagos Nigeria roll on roll of service from Sheerness port in Kent and also from Tilbury Port. Nigeria authorities do not allow import of vehicles over 15 years old and Electronic Cargo Tracking Note to be issued to all vehicles or shipment. Transit times are 9 -11 days with Container shipping transit or 14- 16 days

Full containers are supplied and positioned at a loading point of your choice or they can be loaded from our warehouse. 48hrs notice is required on booking. Loading time is normally 3 hours, but if required more time can be given at an extra cost. Arrangements can also be made for loading during the weekends and this also attracts an extra cost. Returning residents normally use this service to take their household goods and vehicles back home. We can also arrange for a warehouse with loading bays in Luton, Bedford, Northampton, Leeds, Bradford, Bristol, Brighton, Reading, Manchester, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Southampton, Dartford, London Nottingham, Oxford, and many more. Full container service to Southern Africa has not improved on transit times with the congestion in Beira causing months of delays, container keep pilling up in the port. Transit times are expected to be sometimes more than 6 - 8 weeks to reach Zimbabwe or Malawi. We advise all our customers to seek information on other options of shipment of goods.
